After multiple years of experience working with the homeless population and natural disaster relief, Scott started CPR Solutions (Complete Preparation & Recovery Solutions, LLC).  He brings years of experience and compassion working with homeless and at-risk youth in Bellingham, WA as the Director of The Upper Room outreach.

With 15 years of management experience at a local fitness center he built a skillset of staff management and years of work with the local health department regulating pools and a waterpark.  Scott was certified as both an Aquatic Facility Operator and Pool Operator.  He spent five years in the building industry at a local lumber company gaining knowledge in the construction industry.

He most recently held the position of Director of Client Services for the Whatcom Long Term Recovery Group, a non-profit helping to rebuild and recover Whatcom County residents after the November 2021 flooding, the County’s worst natural disaster on record, affecting 2500 individuals and families.
